Richard J. Santurri practices primarily in insurance regulatory law, business and transaction law, and administrative law. He also practices in civil litigation, family law and real estate law. In his insurance regulatory practice he assists insurance companies and other regulated parties before the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and the Florida Department of Financial Services. In addition, He provides legal counsel and representation to members of the insurance industry in their regulatory affairs and business transactions.
