Born Little Falls, New York, March 25, 1942; admitted to bar, New York and Florida, 1971; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, 1977; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 1981; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 1982;  U.S. Supreme Court, 1988.  Education: Cornell University (B.S., 1964); Syracuse University (LL.B., 1967).  General Counsel, Florida Insurance Department and Treasurer’s Office (1977-1979).  Member: Tallahassee, New York , Florida and American Bar Associations; 1st Lt., U.S. Army (1968-1970).
